  4. Sort all the files out to alphabetical order (Right-Click - Organise).

  5. Delete all the files with the same name as another file (Right-Click - Delete).

  6. Afterwards arrange all files by way of file size (Right-Click - look in Properties).

  7. Go through and check all files with the same size. This is to check that even renamed files can be deleted successfully, again I can't stress enough, Check First!

This method will take you a long time, but at least It cuts out the process of opening each folder directory individually. So I would only recommend doing this process if your system is small or new, therefore duplicates are minimal.
